A series of workshops for non-profit leaders that will provide the tools to improve well-being.
Are you a leader of a community and voluntary sector organisation?
Kei te pēhea koe? How are you doing … really?
We know things have been tough over the last year. Our sector has faced huge challenges and we prioritise others’ needs over our own.
It’s time to reset and re-energise and take care of our own hauora / wellbeing.
Hui E! Community Aotearoa and Volunteering New Zealand invite you to join us on Fridays in October in a series of online workshops with Tuihana Ohia from Woo Wellbeing.
You will have the opportunity to reflect on your own mental health and wellbeing and how you can improve relationships with others. The content will be partly shaped by the participants.
