We have a co-governance model, which we’re committed to at both governance and operational levels.
As the Kaiwhakahaere Matua, you won’t just be steering the ship – you’ll be navigating us through uncharted waters with a clear vision. Your leadership will shape our strategy, cultivate relationships, and bring communities together like never before. You’ll lead and manage a small but growing team to progress the Hui E! strategic framework.
Your mahi will include making strategic decisions and driving sector-wide strategies. You’ll support our incredible kaimahi, keep an eye on how we’re performing, and keep pushing us towards our vision. Making sure we’re financially strong is a core requirement, including financial planning and developing funding partnerships. You’ll be working to foster Te Tiriti-based collaborations, building bridges, and creating impact across sectors.
